This can be done either during the creation of a new email address or any time afterwards if you choose that you require this feature. During the process, you are able to choose if you need a duplicate of the emails to be kept on the server. In this way, you will have a backup and you will prevent the probability to lose an e-mail message if the forwarding is to an external address, that is momentarily unavailable. This option can be enabled and disabled whenever you want, though if you use emails for essential matters, it is far better to use it, because no records of the emails are kept on the server in case the option is not active. If you determine that you do not need forwarding anymore, it takes only a click to deactivate it.
E-mail Forwarding in Semi-dedicated Servers
Using a semi-dedicated server package through our company, it takes only a few clicks to forward any of your emails managed in your account to a third-party mailbox. It will be possible to get this done in the feature-rich Email Manager area of the Hepsia Hosting Control Panel and throughout this process you could also decide if a backup of your emails needs to be maintained on our servers or not.
